His journey is marked by a passion for fixing anything that comes his way and a genuine thrill in witnessing others succeed under his mentorship.

Drawing from a rich background working with a major tool manufacturer, Jim has honed his skills through diverse projects including renovating his own house, constructing sheds, tackling indoor plumbing repairs, and replacing roofs, doors, and windows with finesse and precision. His leadership extends beyond the workshop as he has served as foreman on multiple mission trips, guiding teams through complex building challenges while fostering a spirit of teamwork and service.

Jim’s dedication to education is equally inspiring. He has imparted his knowledge as an instructor in intermediate school robotics, sparking creativity and innovation in young minds.
